Champion updates;

Neeko:

Passive - Inherent Glamour: Cooldown changed from 25-10 seconds to 2 seconds

Q - Blooming Burst: Secondary/Tertiary Pop Damage changed from 40/65/90/115/140 (+20% AP) to 35/60/85/110/135 (+25% AP); Area of Effect Size increased from 225 to 250; Bonus damage to monsters added (30/40/50/60/70)

W - Shapesplitter: Empowered Attacks deal 50 bonus damage to monsters; Clone spawns on top of Neeko

E - Tangle-Barbs: Magic Damage changed from 80/115/150/185/220 (+60% AP) to 70/105/140/175/210 (+65% AP)

R - Pop Blossom: Cooldown changed from 90 seconds to 120/105/90 seconds; Magic Damage changed from 200/425/650 (+130% AP) to 150/350/550 (+100% AP); Removed shield

W - Despair: Flat Magic Damage per Seconds changed from 12/16/20/24/28 to 20 at all ranks; Percent Health Magic Damage per Second changed from 1/1.15/1.3/1.45/1.6% to 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2%

Bel'veth:

Base Stats: Attack Damage Growth changed from 1.7 to 1.5

Q - Void Surge: Monster Damage Modification changed from 120% to 140%

Jinx:

Base Stats: Attack Damage Growth changed from 3.4 to 3.15

Kayle:

E - Starfire Spellblade: On-Hit AP Ratio changed from 25% AP to 20% AP; Passive Wave Damage changed from 15/20/25/30/35 (based on E rank) to 20-41 (based on champion level, levels 11-18)

R - Divine Judgment: Cast Time changed from 1.5 seconds to 0.5 seconds; Area of Effect Radius changed from 525 to 675/675/775; Invulnerability Duration changed from 2/2.5/3 to 2.5; Time Delay until Sword Falls changed from 1.5 to 2.5; Magic Damage changed from 200/350/500 (+100% bonus AD)(+80% AP) to 200/300/400 (+100% bonus AD)(+70% AP)

Q - Death's Hand: Magic Damage changed from 60/80/100/120/140 (+38% AP) to 65/85/105/125/145 (+40% AP); Bonus Damage per Bolt changed from 12/22/32/42/52 (+8% AP) to 15/25/35/45/55 (+10 % AP); Maximum Magic Damage changed from 108/168/228/288/348 (+70% AP) to 125/185/245/305/365 (+80% AP)

Taliyah:

R cast lockout conditions adjusted.

Taliyah's mid-game performance has been improved by limiting her guaranteed escape ability. Her ultimate cast conditions have been changed to make her more versatile in chasing down opponents without being overly punished.

R - Weaver's Wall

Cast Lockout: whenever Taliyah takes or deals damage ⇒ whenever Taliyah takes damage

Trundle:

Base attack speed and base mana increased.

To improve Trundle's performance in the top lane and jungle, his base attack speed has been increased, reverting the nerf from 12.23. Additionally, his base mana has been increased to allow for more frequent trades in the top lane.

Base Stats:

Base Attack Speed: 0.6 ⇒ 0.67

Base Mana: 281 ⇒ 340

Volibear:

W damage and heal increased.

Compared to other top laners, Volibear is performing below average. To address this, previous health ratio nerfs have been reverted, improving his overall performance without making his laning more frustrating for opponents.

W - FRENZIED MAUL

Physical Damage: 5/30/55/80/105 (+100% AD) (+ 5% bonus health) ⇒ 5/30/55/80/105 (+100% AD) (+ 6% bonus health)

Heal Ratio Based on Missing Health: 7/8.5/10/11.5/13% ⇒ 8/10/12/14/16%

NERFS

To reduce Veigar's tankiness and resulting frustration on the bridge, his damage taken and dealt have been adjusted.

Qiyana: 115% Damage Dealt ⇒ 110% Damage Dealt

Veigar: 105% Damage Taken ⇒ 110% Damage Taken, 95% Damage Dealt ⇒ 90% Damage Dealt

Small Changes

Expanded Emote Wheel

Emotes have been updated to feature a new 9-slot wheel, allowing for more variety and customization. The reactions for first blood and ace have been moved to a new page accessible through the navigation above the wheel. Additionally, a search function has been added to the emote collection for easy discovery of new and old favorites.

Behavioral Systems

In-game reporting has been added to allow players to report toxic or disruptive behavior during matches, providing more information on when the disruption occurred and improving the overall system. Mute options have also been consolidated and updated, with mute-all and self-mute controls now located next to the player's champion portrait and summoner spells.
