Portals! A New Mechanic in Normals Mode
One of the most significant changes in Patch 13.9 is the addition of portals in the Normals queue. These portals will appear at various stages, granting you access to different types of loot:
Stage 2-6 Portals: A 75% chance of appearing, with Demacia, Piltover, Targon, and No Portals each having an equal chance.
Stage 3-3 Portals: An 8% chance of appearing, with Ionia, Shadow Isles, Noxus, and Freljord each having an equal chance.
Stage 4-3 Portals: A 30% chance of appearing, with Targon, Piltover, and Shurima each having an equal chance.
